Mike Malloy

My background has trained me to evaluate objectively, adapt my focus based on the needs of my clients, and to view every detail as an important piece of the greater whole. A Pennsylvania native and son of James Malloy, (the Malloy building and other real estate holdings) I received my undergraduate degree from The American University and worked several years with Dorothy Kelly of Dorothy Kelly casting in Hollywood. I went back in the family business, real estate, and have been licensed in California for 30 years, I can boast a spotless record. I also have a Master's Degree in Administration. I also spent several years in the mortgage industry and was a trainer of new agents for another large nationwide real estate company. I am Organized and tenacious, I have been praised by my clients for my resourcefulness, veracity and dedication. My business tenet is very simply to assume the client's priorities as my own. I uses experiences from my professional and personal journeys to ensure that the client's real estate experiences are positive and their objectives are met, and done with a smile!
